Brook Street Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on permanent basis in Wakefield.

Purpose of Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you`ll be passionate about providing customers with an expert and personal experience, your primary responsibility is to ensure that calls taken from existing and prospective customers receive a customer centred focused experience.

Key Responsibilities

" Taking incoming calls from prospective customers and existing
" You will be providing customers with informative and accurate information to help resolve their queries quickly and efficiently, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
" Booking appointments and re arraigning when required
" You will ensure that all administrative processes are kept up to date
" Sending and receiving email confirmations and updating records electronically and paper based

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required

" Previous experience in customer service is essential
" You must have exceptional people skills
" In this role you will work effectively under pressure and the ability to prioritise your workload is essential.
" You will be working in a confidential environment, so integrity is crucial.
" Proactive, professional, confident personality
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" An adaptable approach to changing situations
" The ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision
" Good MS Office skills

Working hours Monday to Friday 37 hours a week.

Our client can be flexible to accommodate working family`s however this is not a remote role and is purely office based, the working times below show a potential working pattern:

8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Permanent position Salary up to £25k depending on level of experience

28 days holiday including statutory holidays, free on site parking and on a great public transport route
